Grinding Hammer Mill is specially designed for the production of various materials like spices, light mineral, alfalfa, mullein, asphalt, gelatin, roots etc. The pulverizer is supplied as a self-contained unit as shown in the view. The main shaft is supported on ball bearings and carries the rotors disc on witch are pivoted the steel Hammers. The main casing is of a special MS Iron. The special alloy steel hammers are made reversible so that they can be turned round when the leading face is worn out. Thus securing maximum life from hammers.
- Complete Grinding Unit combine three perforated screens.
- Finished Product- Depends on the size of the screen.
- The fan attached to the machine shaft removes the finished product from the Grinding Chamber and automatically delivers this into the Collector.
- Bearings brackets are fitted Dust-proof.
