VM Micro Pulverizers, conventional in design, Has its own advantages for various applications. A built-in water circulation jacket retains grinding temperature lower than otherwise. Design provides for admitting extra air during grinding to facilitate cool operation. Soft to medium hard materials are quickly pulverized to fine powder. Improved mixing and dispersion are added advantages of such mills. Quite popularly, it is also called High Speed close tolerance Hammer Mill.
Uniformly fed material undergoes a complex grinding force through attrition between liner plate & hammer tip, impact of high speed hammers and collision between particles. Bottom sieve controls the particle size.
Pin Pulverizer
We offer specially engineered pin pulverizer that is capable of dealing efficiently and swiftly with variety of materials. It has the facility to be easily adjusted to give the desired fineness to coarse granulation and finely ground powder. It basically grinds from the centre to the periphery of the rotor and lets heavy pieces of material to reach desired fineness. These are made of the finest raw material so that they serve efficiently to the industrial needs. Some of its salient features are as follows;
• Pin Pulverizer yields greater output in relation to the electrical energy consumed,
the material to be ground is fed automatically. In the centre of the rotor
feed hopper is provided with an automatic vibrating tray at the feed gate.

Laboratory Pulverizer
Rajco Laboratory Pulverizer is a disc type grinder, designed for grinding material to produce a fine mesh sample in one operation. It is a self contained grinder furnished with a rotating disc having a planetary movement in a vertical plane. This feature gives added life to the wearing parts and delivers a product to uniform fineness. The pulverizer will reduce 1 pounds sample of quartz type material to 100 mesh in 1 minute. Maximum feed size is ¼ inch Grinding is done between two discs one of which is stationary and the other revolving eccentrically at high speed. The apparatus is supplied with heat treated disc of 7 inches in diameter Adjustment of size of product may be made by use of a convenient hand wheel while the machine is in operation or at rest. A self locking device holds the hinged grinding chamber in place and affords easy and quick access to the grinding chamber for removal of ground samples and for cleaning.

Transmax pulverizer machine is used for very soft materials like sugar, salts chemicals, dyestuff etc for medium fine to fine grinding. The material is centrally fed into the machine chamber. The grinding takes place between a high-speed rotor consisting of a large number of pins and a stationary stator. The discharge takes place through the perforated screen at the bottom. The chamber is kept cool by circulating cool water through the built-in water jacket.
